Walk this Way

Today we headed back to Columbus to meet up with the Stivers' campaign.

We met up in Worthington, OH to go door-to-door with volunteers for the Stivers' campaign.  Once we arrived we got to talk with Steve Stivers himself.  He thought our trip was a really great idea and loved our bumper sticker collection.

The responses I received while going door-to-door today were really positive.  I even got a few people down for yard signs! Hopefully Stivers' name will be on every lawn in Worthington by the end of the summer.

I've definitely learned a lot about going door-to-door and how to interact with voters.  Hopefully after this trip is over and after I graduate from Fordham, I'll be able to put my knowledge to use. Maybe that puts me one step closer to figuring out what I'll be doing post-college.

But for now I'll just focus on this awesome summer and getting back to Fordham in September. And now for the shout out they have been waiting for since June... I can't wait to see Steph, Ellen, Kristina, Katie, and Allie in September for senior year in the most awesome house in the BX.
