Try to do it slowly and repeat it ten times or more until you feel relaxed and calm. While you are doing the deep breathing technique, try to free your mind with negative thoughts and think of good things like your family or kids.

Get Away From Your Stressors: If you are exposed to a stressful environment, one of the best things to cope with it is to get away from it. Try to file a vacation leave if possible and go somewhere that would keep you away from your stressful work. Try to go to a place where you could relax like beach, go on tour, or go for a family camping. If you are on vacation, stop thinking about your work because your goal is to be free from stress, so it will be useless if you still think about your work. Turn-off your cell phone, computer, and any gadget that you could be contacted by your office.
